On a positive note, this afternoon in PIT the lady working the gate at A-6 or 8 was doing a fantastic job. She was dealing with 3 different flights all oversold with two arrivals all in the hour I was standing there. She had one guy outside deplaning and boarding but other than that she was on her own. Did it all with a great attitude also. Kudo's to her for outstanding work!
