Seems Lead Attorney Brian Leitch in is closing statement told the Judge and court on Friday that neither IAM represented group, Mechanic and Related or Fleet Service had given US Airways a counter-proposal in his closing argument.
To his surprise when Mrs Levine was giving her closing argument she informed the court and the judge that on Wednesday morning IAM Fleet Service gave the company a counter and on Thursday evening IAM Mechanic and Related gave the company a counter.
Mr Leitch seemed surprised and confused on what transpired and was caught off guard. And also in her closing she informed the Judge and the company the IAM would vote on the company's final offer immediately if they chose so, once again Leitch and the company was caught with their pants down and did not know how to respond.
