He graduated Magna Cum Laude, which is in the top 10% of his class.

That was good enough for the University of Chicago to hire him as a professor at its law school, which is rated fifth in the nation by US News.

Yes, it is not good enough to satisfy the right wind nuts.

Besides, why aren't Caucasian candidates for president are not asked by the RWNs to release their university transcripts? Are these not so subtle insinuations that he was the beneficiary of affirmative action?
