Even with a home I prefer a smaller footprint. The example you showed just seems like a LOT of work. It's beautiful, but where you see space and amenities, I just seem my time taken up with cleaning, yard work, etc.

I understand. I can actually afford a lot more expensive house than I have but it is just my wife and I so why bother?
