Man throws punches, issues threats on NY-Fla. flight

A passenger on a flight from New York City to South Florida was arrested Thursday night after investigators say he sprinted down the aisle of the plane, punched a flight attendant in the face and threatened to blow up the plane.

They were too busy shooting video from their smartphones. Today's society is insensitive to human interaction. God forbid you have an accident in your vehicle. You'll be on U Tube before the paramedics arrive.

Jail for man who attacked flight attendant, threatened to blow up flight to S. Florida

A man who punched a male flight attendant, hurled racial slurs and threatened to blow up a plane en route from New York City to Palm Beach County was sentenced Friday to 60 days in federal prison.

Only 60 days for attacking a flight attendant and threatening to blow up the plane?  Why not give him 50,000 frequent flyer points for his 60-day inconvenience?
