[P][/P]yes...36752..ask for leroy
people won't quit out of fear of what their evil, mean, wicked and nasty bosses will do in retaliation to them and their families.apparently you aren't privy to the Dave Seigel Resignation Retribution Squad, affectionately known as DSRRS.please don't ask me to explain....[BR]no,actually people don't seem to quit even though you may see some claims of terrible working conditions and the like.i really haven't seen anyone killing themselves working in the 16 years i have been there.occasionaly some boss will get carried away and usually it is rectified if it is unwarranted.but usually those who whine the most about 'bad working conditions' are those who are slackers to begin with.i've worked in many departments and found that if you are willing to do what is expected of you, usually the bosses are ok to work with.the only ones with a gripe are like i said, the ones who think working at U is like belonging to a country club and work is not mandatory.[BR] so,even in these times of dread and turmoil, not too many quit because all in all, they do have a vested interest in their career and a wish for things to turn around.[BR]and it AIN'T THAT BAD A PLACE TO WORK...contrary to what some will try and lead you believe in these posts..
No. But if I did and I didn't like it, I could always quit my job. Nobody is holding a gun to my head; I imagine, likewise, that nobody is doing the same to you.
