Where would I go, to send a personal message to one/several of my fellow members on the Water Cooler ?
I seem to remember that a while back, all one had to do, was to click on a members ' name ', and there was a link to ' send personal message ' . does it still exist ?

Just to be sure...click on the name, then you should see "start a conversation." I understand your confusion. Airlineforums acquired that cute bit of wordplay from Gmail. You no longer send emails on Gmail, you have conversations. It's really annoying.
