Yesterday marked day 1 for SkyBus is Columbus. Video from the local TV news network:

They say more destinations by year's end. Any guesses?

My list of ideas:

Orlando (Sanford)
St. Petersburg
Denver (Loveland)
Chicago (Gary)
Chicago (Rockford)
Phoenix (Mesa/Williams Gateway)
New York City (Newborough Stewart)
Philadelphia (Wilmington)
Las Vegas (Henderson)
Kansas City
St. Louis

I might be right about Williams Gateway

I wonder if they would fly to STL Lambert or to Mid America which is actually near Belleville Ill. They have a nice new mostly empty terminal there that was built back when congestion and heavy delays were the norm at STL with TW having a hub there. Now the airport looks like a big waste of money, much like the extra runway that just opened at Lambert.

Really good point. I would imagine STL - lots of room there and the new mystery runway means lots of room and few delays. I could even see a STL focus city; STL - Sanford, St. Petersburg, Rockford, Gary, Mesa, Columbus, Henderson would make sense, actually.
