Seems our government has stooped to a new low swapping prisoners. This will set the stage for more Americans to be captured and held for ransom.I wonder if Bowe was the only captive American. If not, watch as al-Qaeda gets its terrorists back. I have to wonder who this soldier's connection is that he was worth the swap.

Maybe he was actually a 'guest' of the Taliban as they declared that that is how he was treated. And then you get to know the other side of the story as to what really might have happened. Was he a hero or a coward?

Sadly, it looks like this news was timed to blunt the VA crisis.

If anything, it's made things just that much worse. And, he's just opened up yet another door for impeachment that may actually stick this time. Harry Reid might be willing to fall on his sword, but as more facts come out about this defector/deserter and his Stockholm syndrome father, it's going to be a really tough call for anyone left or right to support this one...
