Retiree Medican Benifits

Hi to everyone.I am a retired lead mechanic and will be loseing my COBRA coverage for myself when I start MEDICARE on Feb 1 2006.
Have any retired USAIRWAYS folks have advice in which direction I should go for health insurance & drug benifits.
I am becomeing overwhelmed with all the choices that are out there. thanks
