Maybe I've missed it somewhere, but can anybody shed any light on what a retired person's pension payment might be on January 1 2005, should there no longer be medical coverage? I have heard rumors about prescription coverage being available for a period of time, but will retirees be given an option to pay for that coverage only? Or must we wait for the Judge to make a decision regarding medical/dental, etc., for retirees.

It's almost the middle of December, and I've no idea what to expect for January as far as a pension payment or medical/dental/prescription coverage. After 24 years of service, my total payout each month is $187 from which is subtracted premiums for the medical/dental/life: That leaves me with a net autodeposit of $39. Oh, by the way, I'm former PSA which is why I get so little.
