I was wondering if anyone had any information on the supply chain for the catering aspect of the airline industry?

For example,

What are the processes and systems behind it? Examples are how the firm and its supply chain manage the work that is done throughout the supply chain such as software, transportation of food, order management, procurement, etc.

What are the relationships in the supply chain such as how the firms interact, how much data is shared etc.

What are the performance measures employed by the firm and its supply chain that allow it to figure out what the internal supply chain goals are?
