I guess the 14.4% voted no crowd don't think $140k a year after 20 years is a good deal?

Gee,  WeAAsles and Worldport mock us mechanics and call US elitists...... ^_^

I don't think it was over the money. Everyone from both sides had to make some adjustments from the way they did things. Some people handle change better the others. They might tell you they did it on "principal".

I hear ya!  But congrats on a good contract.
Maybe if there were only 400 mechanics and 400 fleet service, we all would be making $140k.

So you're looking at $67.00 an hour after 20 years?
Around 72 after 10 and 77 after 20. That's base/lic/longevity.

We don't work 2080 hours a year. Most dispatch groups are somewhere in the 1800-1900 hours.

TWU likes to say "strength in numbers".

I'm thinking maybe not in all cases.

I don't mock YOU and I don't call YOU an elitist. That's only reserved for "select" individuals.

And YOU know that.

Yeah Conehead you are going to get a 5 dollar an hour longevity premium. I kid with you a lot but you really have to be realistic. I'm surprised that the dispatchers got it. If you are expecting that you are going to be disappointed really disappointed
maybe because there only 400 of em?

Bogey the 40% quoted is over the life of the agreement right?
