Cranky Flyer has released yet another criticism of UA based on two key ideas: UA and CO's mutual blame game and UA's operational performance.

While there is plenty of UA/CO blame going on, he makes the statement that AA is avoiding the problems UA encountered in its merger, although AA/US has integrated nothing of any significance so far.

He also speaks critically of UA's operation, while failing to note that in many operational metrics, UA is no worse than either AA or WN or AA/US and/or WN have registered lower scores with the DOT than UA - including around baggage handling, cancellations, and on-time since the beginning of the year. IN the most recent month, UA's consumer complaint ratio was "beaten" (in the negative) only by Frontier.
