Trip Report: BOS-CLT-BOS, 2/15-2/20

Thanks to the BOS/CLT CSA’s, Customer Service Agents, from ticketing to gate.

Son & I went on a recent college tour from accepted schools, and, on our return faced inclement wx for the return.

We’re Non-Rev: CSA’s on both ends absolutely observed the rules and still found the grace and courtesy to make us feel like customers.

THANK YOU FOR DOING EVERY DAY WHAT WE SAW ON JUST TWO DAYS!
 
Jim, I would assume American since he did post it in the American Airlines thread/forum...
 
Now how many times have you posted or read a post asking people to stick to the topic or why did they post an item about some airline (not American) and its purchase of Russian passenger craft? :rolleyes::p
Well that's true. I was just assuming.
