If JB wants the interactions to go array as they predict, then of course it will. Hel, they are not even willing to give it a chance. Here at SWA our company still has the open door policy, all the way to GK and use to be Herb and Colleen while they were still here. JB does seem to answer most the Q&A's truthfully, but they are completely wrong on the "how the crew members will treated after a union is voted in" This will only happen if the company is dead set for it to happen, this should tell the employees at JB just what the company is willing to do if a union is voted in, they are saying they are willing to let the open door policy, the "direct" interactions within the employees, and the job security issues to become an issue, and they will blame the union for it when in fact they are already preparing to start interacting in the exact way they have suggested would happen if you guys would vote for union representation. Again all this kind of examples givin by the company will only happen if the company wants them to happen, don't let the company BS get to you. Just look at how the employees are all still treated at SWA after years and years of union representation as well as the largest union workforce in the industry with well over 85% of employees are unionized, hmm go figure...
