US Airways May File Papers in Weeks on Delta NYC-Washington Swap

Yes WN has 20 confirmed orders for 800's starting in Mar 2012. An ETOPS Manager was hired in Dec 2010 right after the pilots and fa's voted for them. So the ETOPS program is getting started for the Hawaii flying. WN is already working on the HNL Market, rumor has it there will be 25 AC dedicated to the Hawaii flying. No mention has been made to what cities on the West Coast will fly to HNL but one could only guess, OAK, SEA, PDX, SAN and LAX. Wonder if there has been any thought as to putting some of the older 500's for inter island flying in Hawaii. As for 800's on the NE corridor most likely you will see them out of EWR and LGA and possibly out of DCA. WN probably has not gotten into the CLT market due to no aircraft and gate space but with the FL purchase this could be up and coming. WN only needs 3 gates to go to 25-30 flights per day.
