I do know they are privately owned by the owner of Apple Vacations and substantially smaller.

Neither has significant financial information as it is a privately held entity.

All of that information is open to the public. USA 3000 has to file what is called a Form 41 to the DOT every quarter, which breaks down its earnings.

USA3000 will be flying an A320 back to CLT sarting in MARCH 06. Strong Competition with Vacation Express (Pace again) also starting back to CLT in early 06.
