Were any AA/Brussels Passengers Hurt, or Worse in BRU ?

the airport is closed thru sunday from what ive heard     the 2 americans who were killed I think were preparing to fly from Brussels

The question was answered by the company almost immediately.  No employees were injured.  No passengers either, because there were no "imminent" flights in- or out- bound at the time of the explosions.

This article suggests two Americans killed were waiting at the DL ticket counter.

Yes, they were waiting for a Delta flight to JFK. They were brother and sister.

"Alexander and Sascha Pinczowski were siblings living in Belgium, but they never lingered in one place for long. The children of a hotel manager, they had lived in Turkey, Greece and Germany, and were on their way back to New York, a city they both loved, when they arrived at the departures hall at Brussels Airport on Tuesday.

Mr. Pinczowski was going to meet his fiancée in New York, where he and his sister recently lived, so they could attend a wedding together in North Carolina. His sister was planning to spend the weekend with friends. They were standing in the Delta ticket line and were on the phone with their mother, Marjan Pinczowski-Fasbender, when two bombs exploded."

Interesting.  This link identifies the two dead Americans as a married couple living in Brussels.  The husband is the European rep for a U.S. company.  Yet, no reports are saying that more than 2 Americans were killed.

Report on NBC just used same names and situation as the Good Morning America (gma.yahoo.co,) report.  If this is correct,  either the Pinczowski siblings are not Americans, or major news sources are overlooking the fact that 4 Americans were killed.

State Department just confirmed that two more Americans have been identified as killed in the bombings bringing the total to 4 Americans killed..  Names of the latest withheld pending notification of the families.
