Whatever Happened To B-scale

Instead of having a "one size fits all" contract what would be the harm in revisiting the B-scale option. It's obvious that all employees have different desires for their contract. Maybe New hires and Senior Employees should be given different options to choose from. Some may want benefits others may want the dollars.

Then the unity is gone. A contract is voted upon in it's entireity, not peice mealed...but I do understand your logic. B)
