Instead of having a "one size fits all" contract what would be the harm in revisiting the B-scale option. It's obvious that all employees have different desires for their contract. Maybe New hires and Senior Employees should be given different options to choose from. Some may want benefits others may want the dollars.

The F/A group already has a "B" scale!!!! BIG DIFFERENCE IN PAY!!!! Is this NOT common knowledge with everyone? It Has been this way FOREVER!!!

IMO Dollars are the only thing of value going forward. Mgt has proved over and over they will wrangle out of any contract they may sign to the non elect.

As for B scale, has been and will always be " JUST WRONG ".

The flight attendant group had a B-scale. Virtually everyone on B has been furloughed. And now the company is trying to create a C scale, which would affect all employees currently on furlough (and who cannot vote on the new arrangements) as well as new hires.

I just had dinner with a friend who was a flight attendant up until last year. We laughed so hard thinking about life on a beeper and being on call after years of flying internationally. We then paused and reminded each other how we loved our life and company. Too bad they had to f*&$% it up.
We wish you all the best.
