After the UAL-CAL Merger, promises were made that the best of both worlds would be blended. Surprise... nothing was kept from United's way of doing business other than the name. I know this for a fact, my spouse works for United...oops CAL. My speculation on this is up in the air, you want to believe that it won't happen to us but depending on Parkers ego we'll have to wait and see unless some of the US Airways people have an insight.

I think this is something that will be too tough to say. AA and US are two different airlines and two different models. Never was said "Oh, I can't fly American, US Airways is just as good." The question really becomes "Will the new AA go low cost carrier or quality airline?" Is there a place in between?

Regardless of which way we go, unless a specific workgroup decides to be childish, I have full confidence that the employees will be therre for the customers, even if they don't like what's happening.
