People from a third party vendor that we service called to book a vacation to Vegas ina BUDGET CHILD ORIENTED hotel (Excalibur.)
This hotel is undergoing renovation, it's has a lot of children, and is not a luxury hotel like Wynn or Bellagio.
This pax has the nerve to complain about the way the hotel is and expects us to compensate him. His words when he booked the hotel HAD to be "I'm looking for a budget hotel, lead property on the strip." hence he got what he paid for.
