There are some unfriendly passengers out there. Forget unfriendly agents out there, let's talk about some customers who are out to raise hell.

People from a third party vendor that we service called to book a vacation to Vegas ina BUDGET CHILD ORIENTED hotel (Excalibur.)


This hotel is undergoing renovation, it's has a lot of children, and is not a luxury hotel like Wynn or Bellagio.


This pax has the nerve to complain about the way the hotel is and expects us to compensate him. His words when he booked the hotel HAD to be "I'm looking for a budget hotel, lead property on the strip." hence he got what he paid for.

RANT RANT RANT.

Sorry. Get a life and move on, you got what you paid for.

Get used to it. US is catering to mom and pop kettle and driving us CP's away due to lack of value and appreciation. This will become the norm.

You don't expect US to be carrying passengers that will be staying at the Bellagio or Wynn? Expect Westward Ho, Circus Circus, but not none of the elite.
