If the Tilton does that and also starts a LCC startup, then I think we can assume that ALPA is busted. If Siegel manages to rape U's pilots' retirement fund, then that's the end for them also. Next? Carty goes after the APA, Mullins after DAL, etc. Make no mistake about it, these guys are after unionization in the industry. Their aim is to kill it while they can.
None of these guys have done squat to adapt the industry . . . same old incoherent fare structures, etc. After they bust the unions, then they'll start "restructuring," . . . . and no doubt reward themselves handsomely.
