I read most of it.... however, I raised an eyebrow on the Retirement Plan of certain officers VS. their supplemental retirement arrangements of new officers, and their first amended plan of reorganization of Feb. 27 2003. Also, that those who qualify for the Incentive Compensation Plan (ICP) has been only SUSPENDED for 2002 for payments to be made in 2003. Same with 2003.
