Delta does have a grievence procedure. It's called Tech-Op's Resolution and let me tell you, I've seen the same guy walked out the gate for the same thing............TWICE...........and kept his job both times. He should have been canned. Hell, makes me think we do have a union !

This proves that Unions take a bad wrap for keeping so called slugs!
Then again NW proves it as well, they embraced and kept a lot of slug MX. And their airplane maintenance shows this.

It's my understanding that they (NW) have weeded a few out, but not nearly as many as they need to. Guess their time will come soon enough.
