Heard about this while at the HAI. If I remember correctly a figure of 20,000 gals was mentioned. I suppose 200,000 lbs would not be out of the question with a 747. Having worked around the Mars at 6,000 gals, I can't imagine the Sh..t storm this thing would produce. :wacko: :blink:

OMNR: Take notice, if you intend to use this aircraft in NW Ontario, I beleive it will have to be based out of Toronto or Winnipeg.

Or the alternative is re-vamp the old SAC bases and use them for fire fighting instead of dope smuggling.

The delivery shown was from a two nozzle set up; the 747 gained 500 feet during the dump!!

A 4 nozzle delivery is currently being developed, not just for firefighting. It has been calculated it will take 3-4 of these machines to spray NYC overnight in the event of a bio-chem event You heard it here, first........
