A breath of fresh AIR" (Autonomy, Innovation, Respect ????) is what the Sunday Vancouver Province Ad says about a Career with CHL, they''re looking for Pilots, Engineers, Flight Instructors...etc, etc, etc.
I''m signing up right away, so I can get a good job there.....

Me too there 407!!!!! Where do we apply again? I miss all the stress over there. Never knew if your coming or going, what Antique your going to fly, how far North of 60 your going? And most of all dealing with the management from back East!(and B.M.).... Gotta go, and phone Mag Seal right away, He''ll definately go back!!! Nothing like working on junk!!!

I just phoned my old buddy over dere at de Cedars near de river. He explained what the Ad means.
"Auto-nomy" means you get to drive de company vehicles all by yourself.
"Innovation" means you can operate a 15,000+ hr 350D model in the Arctic all summer with out spares or relief,
"Immediate openings" means just that, there''s a 350D loaded on de ramp, but no pilotes available.....

I''m in...I just phoned MagSeal and we''re leaving de cedars in a 350D tomorrow for Lac Muskox-breath for the whole summer

Saturday, I saw the ad even in our small local paper, I guess they''re looking in every nook and cranny.
I have decided to polish off the resume and make a few demands in the cover letter. I don''t think they''ll mind anyhow, they''re all easy requests, and they seem desperate now. first, more money, second more time off, third a nice cushy base, and my last request, is to do all of this after I see Bob Mackays walking papers.
If they don''t ante up on all of those requests, then I guess I''ll park myself in a nice cozy seismic truck and do sweet F-all, until all my demands are satisfied. It''s Bob or nobody....I hope they realise that soon.
So fire up the fax machine...
