In essence what vegas is 'telegraphing is it's a EVEN game. Pit is a 3 point favorite due to 'home field advantage.

So, if rasmussen has BO + M R as Even, or even romney a +2, AND considering rasmussen is a GOP leaning poll, that means B O(at even) has a 3 point lead, or Romney at +2, equates to B O as a +1.
B U T, not to get your 'drawers in a knot.
Because if (say) Huffpo had B O a +3, that would mean the race was dead even !
