That caught my eye too, why are they waiting so long to start the 2nd PHL-PDX flight up? Is this seasonal too, or year round? Would make sense year round.

They've revised the times for the 2nd PHL-PDX according to the US press release. Here it is:

This will allow for great connections to every transatlantic destination except Athens. Still can't figure out if its year round or not, but my guess would be that its not.

Yes, you're right. I forgot about MXP and FRA, though there is a second FRA flight that leaves at around 8ish during the summer (plus I believe LH flies PDX-FRA nonstop).
