(Sadly) It is a "good"(informative) read.
I have no "qualms" about the story, or it's meaning.
What DOES "puzzle" me though, is why a "PUSS INFECTED" SCAB, like you, is over here on the AA board, educating us?

So then, PTO what would you do if you were on board an A/C and it was going DOOOOOOOOOWWWWN...........You said you haven't seen a dedicated flight attendant yet... sorry but every single one you meet is a dedicated flight attendant. Every day we know there are risks to the job.
Remember when we're on the flight and they close the door we are here to save your buttocks, not kiss it (which in your fantasy scab world would like...)

Bear, I agree, sad but excellent words from a F/A. As for the scab, No Comment! In response to Jenny, I'm in MSP today and met a F/A from NW. Very dedicated to her job and hoping for the best. Professional is what I'll call her. Unlike scabs !!!

Just stumbled across it and thought it to be bit different. I'm reading a book now that was published in 1997, I didn't realize time had anything to do with a good article or book.

OK, You stumble upon a former tragedy in a book and choose to post it here. Why? What is done is. Time is not the important thing but people's feelings are. Do you realize some folks that may have been affected by this accident may still read on here? Do you think they feel any better today b/c YOU shared this? How callous of you to do this. IMHO, You did this to spool up AA employees with NO consideration of anyone. May I suggest you keep your reading skills limited to the library and comments to your local Dive Joint. To think you keep the flying public safe is scary. You may have good intentions but your Business plan regarding those suck! Have a nice day !!!
