Could someone let me know a ball park figure of the starting pay for someone with a Master's Degree in Management who is being considered for a CSM position at a hub?

45-55K if that. Highly paid job, it isn't.

For that kind of money, you'd find being a CSM in "Company Hubs" like DFW/STL(even ORD to an extent) as an adventure.

Were you to wind up in a HUB like MIA, or a focus city like BOS/JFK/LGA, I'd seriously have questions about your MENTAL STATE of MIND. !!!!

I'd be shocked if it were over $40K. It's only a L3 position. And not one which pays extra for the Masters degree.
