I sure wouldn't expect any upgrades in service,around 80,000 pissed off employee's. It's still in the shock phase right now,just wait til the anger manifests. As long as the pay is sub-par the service will suffer. You know it's not a friendly place to work when the front office is locked like a bank vault...
