I have yet to sell. I do plan on riding pretty far.

If I lose, it is $128, if there is a merger, I am a stockholder beyond the 446 shares negotiated in our contract, which could mean significant reward or a loss of $128.

No, that's not in the cards. Even if there is a merger (with US or DL or Wal-mart), the holders of old AMR common stock won't participate. There's no significant upside in the old AMR. The old AMR stock will be canceled; zero value. The new AMR stock that will be issued with the POR (which will be issued to creditors) might have a chance of significant upside.

Yes, I assume you are correct. But the plan still remains the same. Ride it out until I win or lose, but part two is to be a stockholder even if the stock zero...
