Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the Air Canada crew on my flight from London the other day. I can understand that Morale will be pretty low at the moment but the crew always had a smile on their faces and couldn''t be more helpful to the what I found to be the most ignorant plane ful of passangers I''ve ever encountered to date.
At one point that they were snapping my fingers at me with demands as they thought I was crew, all because I was wearing a shirt and dress trousers (due to staff travel dress code).
Keep up the good work!
