Five past ten yesterday(17), on the flight to Xiamen there was one third vacant seats. The tickets to Xiamen before Spring Festival this year may be purchased at a discount of thirty percent, however, these tickets can be purchased at 50% discount in former years and occupancy rate was90% at least.

Conventionally, the number of passengers returning Wuhan by air exceeds the number of leaving before and during the Spring Festival, so the airlines should generalize the lowest discount tickets so as to attract more sources of customers and elevate occupancy rate. Owing to the increase of fuel and material's cost last year, the achievement of each company was influenced so there is a strict regulation on the price of discount tickets.

The airlines regulates:" We would rather let seats be vacant than cut the prices." (Translation: CARNOC Mengping Tao)
