Have you excercised any part of your stock options and if so, what did you sell them at?

$9.01.

In 12 days, I'll get rid of the next third. The last third I'll probably hang on to for upwards of a week after they become optionable, then I'll get rid of them.

A better question might be . . . how much per share did you end up with after all the fees and costs were taken out.

Might be worth it to hold on a little longer as the weather warms up and fuel prices pull back somewhat.

I heard a guy say he was waiting for $20 per share.

Another guy told him his 10 year time limit would expire first!

Well, it's about to go up. I just made a change in travel plans and my cheap seats went from $250.00 for the pair to $522.00!!! And noone had to lift a finger to double the fare. Congratulations on a job well done! 🙄

Sold first 1/3rd for around $12 a share. Leaning pretty heavy towards dumping this next third immediatly. Last third I may hold onto for kicks.

Hopeful,

Since I need a "quick few $$ beans", I'll dump the 1st, and 2nd allotment 4/18/05.

BUT, and IMHO it's a "BIG BUT", if I had a choice, I'd "HOLD_HOLD_HOLD", for quite some time.

Hopeful, I can't prove this "prognostication", but I believe AA's stock will rise dramatically, with in the next 2-3 years !!

take care,

NH/BB's
RETIRED/THANK GOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good point NH/BB's! Especially after the next round of concessions and or pension change!

Not sure I'd be dumping the stock for a few quick beans.... Think what you want about the company from an employee perspective, but I tend to trust the judgement of outsiders whose reputation rides on their ability to pick the winners, so I'm holding out for $20/share. If it gets there, great. If it doesn't, then it isn't anything out of pocket that I haven't already lost...

Well I have to agree on this one. Hold it. There is no out of pocket costs so you have nothing to lose.

While AA may end up being a place where you wont want to work it will continue to generate revenue. Whether or not the company keeps any of it over the short term doesnt matter, it has to exist in order to make other entities money. And as we see at USAIR these other entities will keep it going no matter how much the airline "loses". Once they figure they have squeezed every penny out of the workers the airlines that remain will start to show profits again and the stockholder will reap the spoils of an industry with drastically reduced labor costs.

The TWU is right in step with this. Its similar to what they did with the Allied fuelers. Years ago those guys were very well paid, now they make less than baggage handlers, however with all the part timers that the TWU put in the amount of dues generated actually increased as wages went down, another TWU success story!!!!

i am going to hold on to my stock. heck i am still holding on to about 1000 shares of twa stock, any one interested in buying it could be used for wall paper or toliet paper your choice, lol.
