What's new

And oh by the way...

The ETC worked fine before the "new" IT folks started tinkering around with it. Talk about a bunch of tarts. Sorry but this has been going on now for quite some time. I could see if this was a secondary job after the "new" website but that still doesn't work all that well. Are the people working on the website and the ETC kids on summer vacation from high school? This is really insane. 🙄 Oh wait, maybe we should still give them a chance ahhhh shucks guys...this is all new for everyone. JUST FIX THE DAMN THING ALREADY ! ! ! ! !

OK, now don't everybody get on at the same time and mess it up for me, it's up and running...please wait 30 minutes for me to get my business done...

thanks
😀

******EDIT******

Oops....I thought it was up when I got through the first screen...but then:
"There was a network failure - please try again later."

you can all go back to work now

It's a damn ETC....you'd think they were trying to figure out how to fix the space program to launch the next shuttle. I mean honestly...

It was up and running long enough for me to make a few quick calculations....

1. For every 100 seats available on 6/22 and 6/23 there are 108.5 revenue passengers booked and 13.2 non-revenue passengers listed.

2. It is likely that I will not be in Dallas tomorrow for my interview.

3. Other than low pay, my current job is great so I should learn to be content and quit trying to find higher paying work elsewhere (especially in June).

well i discovered that for somereason, the etc won't respond when i try to get to it thru my router....i plug right into the broadband and it works fine but it doesn't like my router at all, which is weird since i dn't have any problem with other, more secure websites and net applications....

Well, ETC is now back up, but web check-in didn't work for me:Invalid Passenger Name Record (PNR)
Possible reasons/solutions:

* The PNR has not been e-ticketed. You can only use Web Check-In with a valid e-ticket. Please check in at the US Airways ticket counter at the airport.
* The PNR and e-ticket are out of sync. Please check in at the US Airways ticket counter at the airport.

The PNR locator was correct and the PNR had a ticket number. Oh, well.

UPDATE: Third time is a charm!! After tryting twice, getting above result, and kvetching on the board.......it worked...pretty neat. I could even see how many other standbys were checked i.

Its up.... no Its down. Wait... I think its up again. Nope I was wrong its still down. Please Just fix the darn thing. Isn't it sad that after all the sacrifices everyone had made that IT is still so well funded?
