Bombardier says new jet plan could cost C$2 bln

MONTREAL (Reuters) - It could cost C$2 billion ($1.5 billion) for Bombardier Inc. to develop a new 115-seat passenger jet, and the program would likely need Canadian government support, the head of the train and plane maker said Tuesday.
