I know Albert also....Hes a good guy...he voices his opinion a lot in union meetings....He does make some good points..I also know Tom R hes a good guy also kinda guiet and reseved...I trust him too.....So where does this leave me....I dont know....I see Alberts points...but think the Iam was in a tough position...one where they had no real choices because of the industry and the way it was spiraling down hill....its all a heck of a situation....
I dont think Tom deserves the bashing hes recieving...he is a really good person...The other Agc is a rough character
but hes from philly and thats his way...you have to be able to take how he talks with out being offended...
I think Tony has offened many memebers with his rough language...people are to thinned skinned , myself included.
So Tony..: be nice...He's kinda like a pittbull in negoceations...my spelling I know....anyway.hes a pitt chained in the corner that you let loose when you need him to protect you...thats how I see him.
Albert and employees who feel like him have valid points that we all need to listen too and to learn from. For me I need to have more conversations with fellow employees.
I could be swayed either way.I am really on the fence with this decision.I can see both sides . One day Im pro Iam the next Im thinking Ibt....guess Im to indeciseve..
I wish I had a crystal ball. The facts is what is needed , not bashing.
To me both Unions are fine orginizations...I need a spell check button...lol...moderator is there one here ?
Anyway Im off to work in a couple hours....
This whole thing is tearing apart the company employees
I'll be glad when its over.
I just want to make the most I can...around 35 an hour is fair...and to keep my job and benifits...Is that to much to ask ?Im so tired of the rollercoaster ride ive been on for 5 years .Mostly going down hill. When will it start to go up..? I just want everyone to get along and to be happy.
I want Usair to suceed and for every one to be proud of where they work and there union.Like it used to be in 95.
When Clinton was in office .and there you have it ...The real problem.....Mr BUSH....AND THE REPUBLICAN CONGRESS AND SENATE.
I know thats a real can of worms...soooo many problems...
The whole country is in real big trouble....the way I see it..Hell Im just going to go to work and forget about all of it....to much to worry about....Im overloaded.
YOU ALL FIGHT IT OUT....ILL SUPPORT WHOEVER WINS.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF YOU....
WHEN ITS OVER I WANT TO SEE THIS SH'' PUT BEHIND US AND TO GET BACK TO A STRESS FREE JOB...ONE WHERE WE ALL GET ALONG AND ARE HAPPY NO MATTER WHO WIN'S....LETS GET IT OVER WITH.
