Like every year since the early seventies, people will tell you how tough it is this year.
It is.
It''s tough every year. You simply have to impres yor employer that despite your lack of aircraft experience, you have the fortitude, brains and enthusiasm to learn and develop that experience while helping his business survive. Convince them of this, and you will eventually beat out those that secretly believe some magical quality they possess entitles them to some thing bigger better or faster.
