Anyone Know This Guy

We just got a bunch of pics sent out to the hanger from someone at our office doing a little history on the aviation dept. Wondering if anyone knows the guy in the photo. It is probably a contractors machine working for Irving in New Brunswick back in the 70s.
Sorry if photo is not so great as it is a photo of a photo copied photo.
Any help would be great........
