407Driver - Was wondering how long it would take people to cotton onto that one. Its a story we are working with the operator on. They basically have one go at tagging this capsule otherwise they go from being hero to zero and the capsule is destroyed.

Will try and get some quotes from Craig to post here on the challenges they are facing.

I must be missing something here.Why stunt pilots? If all they are trying to do is snag the chute and place it safely back on terra firma no problem.Give me a call Id love to do it and not with that stupid thing hanging underneath.They keep doing it that way and NASA is going to mean Need another seven Astars.

What is the chase/capture helicopter going to to provide that the chute isn't?

It might be such fragile instruments that the ground impact even with the chute will wreck them. Just a theory 😀
