I agree with Scott Kirby. I don’t care how cheap the fares are, it has to get to a point if you’re treated like complete chit it just isn’t worth it.
Premiums fliers want more that ULCC’s don’t and can’t offer. And a ULCC just doesn’t have the size and scope to transform themselves into carriers like AA, DL and UAL. Remember those 3 mainly became who they are today by close to 100 years of mergers and gobbling up other failures.
