Since you were poster number 3 in the thread and poster number 2 didn't give names or details, what you are saying is you had no clue what you were posting about or for that matter what the poster you responded to was talking about.


However in reference to your question my feeling is this, If somebody points a weapon at me I consider that a life or death situation and I am going to respond with whatever force is needed to end the threat.

I am reminded of a situation that happened to a Armored car driver that I know. He was in a bank carrying a bag of money and a lady put her cellphone up to his back and said "give me the money" When the police arrived she was flabbergasted that the cops did nothing to the armored car employee for drawing his weapon and placing the barrel right between her eyes. The police just looked at her and said "You are damn lucky to be alive, he almost pulled the trigger before he saw the phone" How some people can be so stupid is beyond me considering the amount of armored car personnel that are killed or wounded each year. Most by ambush attacks with little to no warning.

Which case are you referring to, Martin or this one which has nothing to do with anything? I agree that if you have a weapon drawn on you and you have no way of retreating, that it is life and death and you do what you need to do to survive. How is this connected to what is being discussed regarding the Martin shooting?

I know there is a point in there struggling to get out but I do not see it.
