I respect what you have to say and hope that you can effect change. Honestly I do, but don't be dissapointed when this all fails.







This camp wasn't put together with the best of intentions. She's not doing this to help us. Honestly, what new things can be said in these meetings that haven't already been said in THOUSANDS of irreg reports? It's her JOB to fix this mess. That's why she gets paid the big bucks.

The ONLY thing SShambles is interested in saving is her job and this is her attempt to do just that along with holding off Bular. Sherri is a MASTER manipulator. She has managed to not only keep her job at this company but to also get promoted to a VP position all the while her department falters on one level or another. How is that you ask? I'll tell you, because she knows how to place blame on others. I think Bular is beginning to see through that trick. She will promise everyone at camp the moon and when it doesn't get delivered note how quickly it's everyone's fault but hers. Hell, half the crap we all deal with today is because she hasn't been proactive enough with catering and other departments to fix things. Any VP worth their salt would have DEMANDED fixes months ago. This camp is nothing but a tool to help Ms. Shambles keep her six figure income.
 
The cost of horses these days are through the roof I hear. You figure one horse is what? 20K easy and then 15K for annual expsense. Don't bother her she is already up to her eye balls in manure. 😛h34r:

it's not just me there are another 159 people who WILL affect change . and i will take what you say to heart . i will keep my eyes open.
 
SS was like this long before the merger.
As far as I am concerned this goes back to MR. MULE himself. He is the only reason this inflight mgmt has always been poorly operated. Keeps getting promoted for the wrong reasons, because he knows how to run an airline by pure intimidation.
Blame Sherry all you want but it is time for him to be held accountable for the continued failures at America West and US. :angry: :down:
 
I guess I don't understand why no one is saying, Hey guys, no one believes that anything is going to be done. We need immediate changes because it gets worse everyday. You say you can't have immediate changes? Why not? It may cost them more in the short term, but in the long term it would pay off. Handing out crappy vouchers for crappy service so that you can be exposed to crappy service in the future shows that they are missing the point.

When you hear things like, well we'll reconvene in 2 months to talk about how bad it is, it sends the message that they are doing nothing but talking about what is bad without fixing it. If they were really serious about this, they would have a task force of flight attendants with the ability to make changes working on the problems rather than talking about the problems. Whatever you may think about snarky and his comments, he's right. They have made you believe that YOU can make a difference for U without giving YOU any authority to do it. Instead, they are place responsibility on YOU for changes without the ability to implement. It is total BS and I am really surprised the employees cannot see through this charade.

Oh I think everyone sees through the charade. The time for roundtables, discussions, focus groups, meetings, etc is OVER.


The day after that meeting, SOMETHING should have been implemented because they know what some immediate issues are.
For pete's sake, dupe seats, boarding passes that have the number "1" obscured by a misaligned printer, improper catering (cereals boarded with 1 pint of milk-total? for first class? NICE.... :down: ), plastic cups, no storage space, advertising overload, understaffing, incorrect pay checks, poorly thought out solutions i.e. Monitor and Challenge--(Hello???? Trying to avoid distractions?? What about the lag time while waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting for a jetway driver?? Again, understaffing the gates.)

Disorganized, unprofessional, cheapa$$ embarrassment of an operation. Fix or kill the pig. Listen to the employees or get the he11 out of the way.

Mule has had nothing to do with inflight for the past five years.

Did I not say it GOES BACK TO MR. MULE???? Exactly! Why are things so bad?? MULE! Maybe you weren't here when he ruled the school!? He was and still is the problem with US!! :angry:
 
i think he's vp of customer service. someone correct me if i am wrong.
