You must be under the assumption that I have a painting of Bill Clinton in my living room. I assure you I do not.
You don't need a Cray supercomputer to develop a quiet submarine. We did that with the 688 boat back in the 1970's, which are still some of the quietest submarines in the world. It also did not help the CBG was not conduncting active anti-submarine warfare at the time.
