OK, CLE experts ... Wasn't there a part of the airport master plan that called for moving the Customs and Immigration facilities to the CAL concourse? When is that supposed to happen?
I doubt CAL will do much more than LGW and a couple of Saturday 737 Carib hops unless/until it does.
