Dr Michael Wiener commented on Roberts epilepsy and his use of the meds. Seems long term use of the particular drug he takes can cause confusion, forgetfullness and some other side effects. Also seems he changed his mind at the last moment.

Remember Obama's swearing in? Roberts forgot the lines and had to do a redeo.

Come next year, this assault on the middle class will end, once Romney's in place and you seemed to miss Roberts loophole he included by stating that NobamaCare "IS" a tax !

I found part of his opinion interesting. I do not know why he felt compelled to insert his political opinion into is legal opinion. I believe that is pretty tacky. I do not recall such verbage used in other opinions, at least not as blatantly.

I still cannot understand Kennedy and Roberts switching presumed positions like this. Sure pissed off a whole bunch of conservatives.

What I found funny was in some thread you commented about not wanting anymore "right wing activist judges".
Don't know where you are on OC but that was funny.
 
My opinion has not changed. Just because he makes one decision I agree with does not mean I want him as a justice. Given his comment in his opinion i am not convinced that he did not make a political decision rather than a judicial one.

I do not know what "oc" is.

I didn't know if you supported it but if you did and what happened was kind of an inverted kharma thing if you get my drift.
 
Oh. Ok. For the most.part I do support it. The system we have is broken and beyond repair. Health cater should not be a profit industry IMO. I thought it was more irony than karma. Its as if the two of them swaped bodies.

I think if we can get everyone.on insurance the costs will drop over time. Preventative care is less then emergency care.

Wow!...Are you serious? Just imagine taking away all that nasty profit incentive for "little things", like research and development of vaccines, surgical techniques and instruments, prescribed medications for serious illnesses, new chemo therapy for cancer treatments...not to mention such nice little life saving devices as MRI scanners, etc. Do you even fantasize that such would ("naturally" or due to brilliant government meddling), have ever developed/further develop, in a financial vacuum?
 
Hey Tree, maybe the company you work for should not make a profit. Sorry no raises, vacation time, or incentives to work there. Insurance, not their problem , you now have ObamaCare !
