Plz confirm or deny! I thought the company couldn't have one operating cert. until all of the outstanding labor contracts were settled (per the US Govt.)? Was looking for some info on that. Thanks.

No, that's not true. The company just has to have the same procedures for training, maintenance, operations, etc. The FAA doesn't (and shouldn't) care about union contracts and pay rates. There will still be separate operations (as far as pilots, flight attendants, and airplanes are concenred) until the contracts are merged. but we can still operate under one certificate.
